As I sit here at Samurai Comics at 3 am on a Wednesday morning waiting for the glass company to arrive (see my Facebook post about our broken window) I figured I'd do some updates to the website.

I've been wanting to do a "Meet Team Samurai" feature for awhile now, so I figured now is a good time to start.

First up is who I like to call Thomas Healy, Superstar (seriously, I am like a stranger in my own store since Thomas started. People constantly walk in, stop in their tracks, and yell "Thomas" when they see him. Me they largely ignore...). Thomas was the manager of Atomic Comics Paradise Valley, and hosted the awesome Pop Culture Web series, Fistful of Geek. We were fortunate to get him to agree to come manage our Camelback Rd. store after Atomic closed.

I'll be updating this soon so each employee can tell you a bit about themselves.

Since it is 3 am I decided against calling Thomas to ask him to write something up. Instead I copied an pasted the blurb below from his twitter account. And really it says just about everything you need to know about the guy...

"I manage a comic book store. I ride a scooter. I take photos. I drink beer. Not always in that order..."
